We provide on-site concierge support focused on managing the daily activity created by high-volume package deliveries and the resident interaction around them. By placing a trained staff member on-site and using clear processes and reliable technology, we bring order, accountability, and predictability to one of the most demanding areas of building operations.
With over 10 years of on-site experience in professionally managed residential buildings across NYC and NJ, our team understands how buildings actually function day to day. We work in coordination with established property management firms, including FirstService Residential, and currently support operations at well-known properties such as 75 Wall Street, and Madison House in NYC.
Our role is clearly defined and respectful of scope. We are not building management or maintenance. We focus on package-driven activity and the resident-facing workflows that come with it, allowing building staff to stay focused on security, management, and core responsibilities.
As part of our on-site presence, we also coordinate commonly requested resident services through trusted vendors, providing residents with a more convenient daily experience while creating stable, sustainable on-site support for the building.
